Soothing the Savage Beast... : We are both fans of fans of classical music and love to hear it live, either downtown at the Symphony Center or Ravinia. For those who don't know... the Symphony Center is the home of the Chicago Symphony Orchestra while Ravinia Festival very successfully merges classical music and the All-American picnic. It's also the summer home of the CSO. Favorite performers include Lang Lang, Yo Yo Ma, Andrea Bocelli, and of course the CSO. This gallery will include both pix from concerts and Ravinia.

Broadway Babies... : We spent our first real date with Miss Saigon and the end of our first year with Jean Valjean on Broadway. The night we were engaged Jean Valjean again helped us celebrate... this time here in Chicago. Yeah, we got a thing for musicals.
